Card Trick

I never know what to do with all my Christmas Cards. I hate to just throw them away. For a couple years, I cut out the photos and put them in a red and green photo album. This wasn't ideal since I had to dismember the pretty cards first. Last year, my sister shared this trick: punch a hole in the corner of the card and put them all on a binder ring. Problem solved! Each year start a new ring. I put mine out on the coffee table and everyone loves flipping thru them. It's fun to see how families grow over the years. 

You can find binder rings at your local Michael's or craft store. Do one ring like above or two to three smaller rings down the side.

I also use a ring for birth announcements. I hang the ring on the pin board above my desk. They're great for party invitations too!
